As we break up for the long weekend to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, I wanted to share with you a piece written by the UK Equity Team at Franklin Templeton looking at the history of the UK economy and its stock market since the Queen ascended the throne in 1952.
