Symon joined the Financial Services Industry in 1994 and trained to be a Financial Adviser. He is very keen to advocate the value of Financial Planning and the benefits for clients using technology to help build individual Personal Financial Plans.

Having followed an early career through the Financial Adviser route Symon also joined the Management Team of Allied Dunbar, Zurich Advice Network and then Openwork. During this time he held various management positions involved in the process and support for Financial Advisers and ultimately their clients.

In early 2014 Symon started Haighwood Financial Services which is built around the experience he has gained through his many roles in the industry. Building a business to support and promote excellent customer service and promote the beliefs of Financial Planning for Clients.

Symon has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. He enjoys playing golf whenever possible, enjoys football and is learning to play the Electric Guitar in his spare time.
